  • How many people can I bring with me?

    2-3 people maximum please.

    Whilst I appreciate that everyone has different family dynamic’s I find that too many opinions just make for a chaotic and confusing appointment.

    Once you’ve said yes to your dress, I’m more than happy to have more people when you collect your dress.

    I’m happy to have well behaved children in the boutique, just be prepared that they wont find it exciting & the novelty wears off after 20 minutes! I would also advise leaving toddler aged children at home as we have a shop with large mirrors.

    So maybe consider the possibility of leaving them at home for this one.

  • Where are you based?

    I’m based in Fareham West Street (Hampshire), near the train station.

    The boutique is extremely convenient to get to as we’re across the road from Fareham train station and If you’re driving we have parking alongside and behind the boutique. We’re 5 minutes from Junction 11 of the M27.

    Parking is available behind the shop.

  • How much do your wedding dresses cost?

    At Margaux Mae Bridal we specialise affordable bridal, so gowns in our shop will never be more than £2,000.

    We have a great range of dresses that you can take home with you that are ex-sample or discontinued styles that are between £1,000 - £1,500.

    We also have lots of pre-loved dresses from £800 - £1,200.

    We also have a range of dresses from Romantica of Devon that you can order in the usual fashion. These are all between £1,000 - £2,000.

    Richard Design gowns are all under £1,000.

  • What size do your dresses go up to?

    We have a wide range of dresses from size 6 - 26.

    We stock Silhouette by Romantica of Devon and our samples start at size 22. Along with an ever changing range of pre-loved gowns.

  • Do you sell pre-loved wedding dresses?

    We do!

    All pre-loved dresses have to have been dry cleaned, no older than 5 years old or a timeless style & not be from Wed2B.

    I don’t buy the dress from you but rather I sell it on your behalf.

    You drop your dress to the boutique and when it sells you’ll receive 40% of the sale price! You’re more likely to sell your dress this way in a boutique surrounding and you wont have to deal with the hassle of endless messages, plus you’ll get the space back in your wardrobe!

  • Do you charge for appointments

    Yes. We charge £25 for any appointments that fall on a Saturday or a bank holiday.

    If you’re wedding is more than 2+ years away or you don’t have your venue confirmed we will also charge as our delivery dates and off the peg range means you won’t need to look that far in advance.

    If you pay for your appointment you will automatically received prosecco and sweet treats for that real VIP feel for your appointment!
